Cauliflower Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Sounds really good! I do a similar thing for gravy. I make a big batch of cream of broccoli soup, take some of it for the gravy and add some extra spices, then I thicken it with flour and cornstarch. I puree the soup with a hand blender. It's much easier than putting it into a blender. Really worth having one!
