Vegan Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsalted raw cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
