Vegan Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  • 6 oz soft silken tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla soy milk (or water)

Instructions

  1. Start by blending the soft silken tofu in a food processor until it is completely smooth.
  2. Next, add the ripe banana and continue blending until it is well incorporated and smooth.
  3. Finally, add the soy milk (or water) and blend again until everything is well combined and the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if necessary.
  5. Pour the sauce into a serving dish and enjoy it with fresh fruit, on top of ice cream, or with your favorite dessert.
