Fruit is an essential component of a balanced vegan diet. It is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants that are necessary for overall health and well-being.
One of the biggest benefits of fruit is that it contains a wide range of nutrients that work together to support a healthy body. For example, many fruits are high in vitamin C, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy immune system and protecting the body from free radicals. Other fruits, such as bananas and oranges, are rich in potassium, which is important for regulating blood pressure and maintaining healthy heart function.

- Serve warm or at room temperature over ice cream, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, or your favorite dessert.
