Homemade Vegan Ketchup

  5. If you don't have an immersion blender, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Return the mixture to the saucepan and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  8. Store in a glass jar or container with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
