Banana Pudding

Ok, so technically this is a sauce, right? This one is just too delicious. I could not pass it up. 

It's fast, and easy to make. A good alternative to junk food when you have a sweet tooth as well.




Vegan Banana Pudding
Serves: 1-2

  • 6 oz soft silken tofu
  • 1 ripe banana (the riper the better)
  • 1/4 cup plain/vanilla soy milk or water
Take all the ingredients, and blend until smooth.

Uses:


You can eat it plain as a pudding or pour over pancakes, waffles, fruit salad. Why not try mixing with cooked rice, a dash of cinnamon and raisins for instant rice pudding?
