Blueberry Sauce

This is a simple sauce, and is especially delicious as a pancake syrup.

The nice thing about this recipe is that you can easily substitute the blueberries, strawberries, or any other berry.

Like everything here this recipe is 100% vegan.

Blueberry sauce


1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 cups of fresh blueberries (frozen will suffice)
Sweeten to Taste Natural Sugar

Combine the water, lemon juice, and corn starch into a small saucepan. Mix well.
Add blueberries and bring to a boil.

Next reduce the heat to a simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes. Constantly stir until thickened.

Remove from heat, and add the sugar. Mix thoroughly, and serve or store for later.
